In 2022 a group of passionate people came together to improve accessibility to quality breastfeeding support in the Hutt Valley hosted online by the charity Oxytocin Trust. Together with The Breastfeeding Network, La Leche League and Private Lactation Consultants the discussion pointed to the need for information being available online, and this website was born. It is the hope of these organisations/groups that whānau and Individuals will be able to access up-to-date information on services available to them and receive breastfeeding support in a timely and appropriate manner.
